5. you consent to the use of cookies and other tracking technologies to improve your experience on this website. practically speaking, currently the only data saved to your machine is the cookie for authentication and login purposes though this may change in the future to allow for cacheing and other performance improvement reasons.

6. by signing up for the site you agree not to be a dickhead and to make best efforts to interpret people's intentions through a charitable lens of kindness.
